NIRTG Reconciliation Week gathering

 NORTH ILLAWARRA RECONCILIATION & TREATY GROUP  

Dear friends of SPATE and the Illawarra Aboriginal Community,

The North Illawarra Reconciliation & Treaty Group (NIRTG) Reconciliation Week gathering will be held this year at the Sandon Point Aboriginal Tent Embassy in the afternoon of Sunday 29^th May 2011.

All are welcome to attend from 1pm onwards at SPATE on McCauleys Beach.

Please bring a plate of food to share. A BBQ will be provided. Donations accepted.

The theme of the national reconciliation movement this year is ‘Let’s Talk Recognition’.

The NIRTG Reconciliation Week gathering aims to raise awareness and recognition of the local Aboriginal Community and Culture in the northern Illawarra.
