Aboriginal campaigners who have spent a decade fighting.......Mr. Oshlack said...Sandon Point was an important cultural site and there had been no consultation with the Aboriginal people ...for the latest Stockland development application.

SANDON POINT COURT CASE
An interesting aspect of the Sandon Point court case was the close and cosy working relationship between the Planning department and Stockland's barristers.
Also the judge admitted a list of Stockland's donations from the electoral office, showing their long association with the ALP state government over most of the last 10 years of the battle of Sandon Point.
