We would like to inform you that Sandon Point North has been approved for development by the Department of Planning. Stockland intends to develop an integrated master planned community in this location, whilst maintaining the area's important environmental and Aboriginal heritage.

To all potential buyers of this land:
Stockland is a crony of the State ALP mafia government.
The EP&A Act has been distorted into a developer's dream with no appeals allowed.
The law is so corrupt even judges cannot work with it, the community or public interest has no rights, and the land was stolen from Aboriginal traditional landholders.
The problems are flooding and contamination which are very real constraints. This land will flood on the bottom lots because Stockland is building in Tramway Creek and the viaducts must be enlarged by Wollongong Council to let floodwaters through.
The land is filled with contaminated soil.
There are also Aboriginal artefacts from the whole subdivision dumped on the site and will bring bad karma to anyone buying there.
